We are a Mental Health Private Practice supporting all individuals starting at age five. We support individuals, families, and communities. Support can be offered in person, online, or via telephone. We are mobile and can provide community supports in Northern SK.

Group Sessions
Guidance and support for families to improve communication and resolve conflicts. We also offer support groups and group counselling sessions based on a common indicator (ex: Anxiety Support Group, Children living with Anxiety, Parent Support Groups, etc).
